"Libya: doubts about the capture of Muammar Gaddafi spokesman" was the AFP headline on Sept. 30.
The concern is that there was never any doubt. From 6 p.m. last night, Luc Michel, leader of ELAC, the Euro-Libyan Action Committees (the leading international organization in support of the Jamahiriya) issued a news about this manipulation of information.

The crooks of NTC – political as well as financial, Libyan funds and oil are subject to a huge hold-up to private accounts of the NTC and Western politicians – are also forgers of information. From the first day of the coup organized by NATO in Libya, politicians and allied jihadists in Benghazi broadcast a steady stream of false information. The NATO leaders are not far behind. Even the puppet ICC which confirmed in full NATO raid on Tripoli "the arrest of two sons of Gaddafi" (sic). All this is classic. From Sun Tzu’s "Art of War" misinformation is a major weapon in any war.
The concern is that the media of NATO, joining the Islamist Propagandastaffel of Qatar, have resumed since February 2011 without verification or distance those media lies …

Yesterday, explained the AFP, "Leaders of the NTC troops fighting near Sirte, claimed to have captured Ibrahim Moussa, former spokesman for Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, when he was fleeing the besieged city (…) Two Commanders under the National Transition Council (NTC) said Thursday they had received reports from soldiers on the ground according to which Moussa Ibrahim was captured on the outskirts of Tripoli, capital of the region of origin of Muammar Gaddafi, located 360 km east of Tripoli. "
It will take 24 hours for the journalists of Msieur Sarkozy to add that "doubts hang over his arrest." Note also that our brother Ibrahim Moussa is still the spokesman for the Jamahiriyan leadership and the Libyan Resistance. The term "former" already reveals the bias of the AFP.

Yet the website of ELAC and JAMAHIRIYAN RESISTANCE NETWORK (*) denied as soon as Thursday evening. And Friday morning, the website of Allibiya television, pro-Gaddafi channel, denied this report calling it "false rumors to divert attention from the defeat of anti-Gaddafi combatants in Sirte."

Caught in the act (to stay polite), the NTC finds itself forced to deny. In Misrata, a spokesman for the Military Council of the NTC, Adel Ibrahim, has expressed his skepticism: "If Misrata fighters had captured him, they would have told us" (sic), he told AFP.
Yet the day before, Moustapha bin Dardef, "commander" of a brigade of the NTC, announced triumphantly: "The fighters of Misrata contacted us to tell us that Moussa Ibrahim had been captured." Another "commander" (in the NTC everyone is commander, as everyone was a colonel in the Mexican army of early twentieth century), Mohammed al-Marimi, had immediately confirmed, "Moussa Ibrahim was captured by the revolutionaries of Misrata while driving in a car outside Sirte "(resic).
Dr. Moussa Ibrahim spoke several times on the satellite channel Arraï, based in Syria, which has also become one of the channels of Muammar Gaddafi and the Libyan resistance.
Last week, quoted by Arraï, he still called for "resistance" reporting of "quality victories" in particular in Bani Walid, one of the pro-Gaddafi strongholds with Sirte where the pro-NTC are struggling with difficulty to take it, and Sebha, another bastion. Which is also not "in the hands of the anti-Gaddafi," AFP hopelessly bogging down in its media lies.
