The real cleavage in Russia (as elsewhere): statist patriots versus liberals …
By Luc MICHEL
PCN-SPO / Analysis and comments / 24 December 2011
A "huge crowd" – according to AFP, which announced 28,000 and then 100,000 protesters … – participated on Saturday in Moscow in the biggest demonstration against the regime of Vladimir Putin since he took office twelve years ago.
The mobilization has clearly mentioned this time the strong man of Russia, presidential candidate in March 2012. "Putin resign!", "Russia without Putin!", chanted repeatedly the opponents, supporting the personalities of the pro-Western opposition who spoke to say that "the days in the political life of the current Prime Minister were numbered. "
The opposition has "ensured that 120,000 demonstrators had responded to challenge the victory in the parliamentary elections of December 4 of United Russia," while the police estimated the number at 29,000. No figures were available from independent sources.
Sakharov Avenue, a whole program, where the event took place, saw gathered all the forces of Russian Liberalism, supported by most of the formations of the Russian extreme right, racists, neo-fascists and monarchists included (Western media remaining very discreet about the origin of flags brandished), and by the Trotskyist splinter groups. Obscene meeting of the anti-Russia and pro-Western betrayal.
The demonstration ended without incident shortly after 13.00 GMT by the adoption of a declaration calling for "anticipated elections" (sic) and "the release of political prisoners" (resic).
"ARAB SPRING" AND "COLOR REVOLUTIONS": A SUBVERSIVE TECHNIQUE WELL ESTABLISHED !
The technique well established in the so-called "Arab spring" of engagement via social media is taken in Russia. Sponsors are obviously the same.
One of the leaders of the protest movement, Alexei Navalny, promised "one million" of demonstrators in Moscow at the next demonstration by opponents, whose date has not yet been set.
Appeals have been launched on Facebook for a new rally on January 14 against a third term for Vladimir Putin who was president in 2000-2008. The opponent Boris Nemtsov has seen fit to hold a demonstration in February, with the approach of presidential elections on March 4. "We warn that we will go out into the streets until they return what belongs to us.
Next year, power will belong to the people "(sic), proclaimed Alexei Navalny, “famous blogger exposing corruption "according to AFP.
To find out WHO IS this lawyer "blogger", read the French daily LE PARISIEN of December 22, 2011 … This lawyer is a product of the McCain networks (OTPOR & Company): "In 2010, Alexei Navalny was invited for a semester by the university of Yale (USA). He participated in a program that brings together personalities of future of all countries." But he is also and above all a neo-fascist "no question for him to yield to the lure of Western democracy. If he is fighting against corruption and promotes freedom of expression, he is also an assumed nationalist. He participated in the Russian March, an ultra-nationalist rally." And highly xenophobic, the word that seems startling LE PARISIEN. "In 2007, he has also been excluded from the liberal party Yabloko. But he does not care: "There is no harm in saying that people have habits and cultural codes that are not compatible with ours"." Decidedly Western liberalism has very curious mercenaries …
The protesters carried many placards denouncing the Russian political system and white balloons, the color of the protest movement. According to the process of color revolutions.
This protest movement not seen since the coming to power of Vladimir Putin in 2000 "was largely organized on the Internet and brings together people from very different backgrounds" "activists of nationalist parties" (as AFP says modestly about the neo-fascists …), of far left, liberals, members of associations, NGOs and celebrities from the world of culture and television.
Smaller gatherings also took place in twenty other cities, with 4,000 people in St. Petersburg and from 1000 to 2000 in Nizhny Novgorod (Volga), Chelyabinsk (Urals), Samara (Volga), Tomsk (Siberia) and Krasnodar (southwestern).
GORBY, THE COMEBACK …
The Liberals of yesterday came to join the next generation of traitors. Gorby has been taken out of the mothballs. Only the Western media to believe that the gravedigger of the USSR has an audience in Russia. "Man still listened to" (sic), according to the French weekly L’EXPRESS, is in fact the most hated man in Russia. Guilty of this "geopolitical catastrophe that was the destruction of the Soviet Union" in the words of Putin, of a generation immersed in misery, and of abandonment of 30 million Russians outside the borders, Gorbachev is vomited by all the Russias. After advertising for Pizza Hut, here is the former apparatchik, become a millionaire, who dares give lessons!
"The Russian strongman Vladimir Putin must step down “now" facing unprecedented protest against his regime, so told Saturday the former Soviet president." "I would advise Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin) to leave now," said Dr. Frankenstein of perestroika on the radio station Echo of Moscow.
Irony of fate, Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev resigned twenty years ago, December 25, 1991, in a statement that put an end to months of agony of the Soviet regime.
Mikhail Gorbachev also supported the organizers of the big demonstration of this Saturday.
He also called those in power to "recognize that there were many falsifications and manipulations" in the parliamentary elections of 4 December and has "requested the holding of new elections."
THE FRONT OF THE LIBERALS AGAINST PUTIN
The protest was supported by many liberal figures as the last Soviet leader, Mikhail Gorbachev, the former world chess champion, Garry Kasparov, or also Ksenia Sobchak, a TV presenter belonging to the Moscow jet-set and daughter of the former mayor of St. Petersburg.
The protesters on Saturday also received the support of the former finance minister, Alexei Kudrin, a Liberal resigned from the government a few weeks ago, Mr. Putin described unwisely just last week as "a friend".
He went to the demonstration and called for "anticipated parliamentary elections." The former minister then called for a dialogue between the government and the opposition to avoid a "revolution". "We need a platform for dialogue or it will be a revolution, or we lose the opportunity that presents itself to us in a peaceful change" in Russia, he said. Old song heard in each "color revolution". Before the riots!
Saturday, the Advisory Council for Human Rights at the Kremlin, a liberal gadget inspired by Medvedev, supported their claim of "anticipated parliamentary elections" in part because of "ballot stuffing" and "falsification".
Behind them, other Liberals, more dangerous and more organized, Kasparov and Kasyanov, funded by the United States, also supported by neo-fascists and Trotskyists, raise the specter of an insurrection in Russia
FROM GADDAFI TO PUTIN
Among the slogans launched, many parallels between Gaddafi and Putin. We recognize here the hand of the pseudo NGOs sponsored by US Senator McCain, which is the hardcore of his propaganda in his anti-Russian crusade.
The parallel is not irrelevant.
Behind the destabilization of the Putin regime, which is that of the Russian state as an independent power, there is everything that Russia counted and counts as liberal forces since the 80’s. Including those of the liberal wing of the current Russian regime. One of the two wings of the Russian regime, following the Yeltsin era. the other being that of the "siloviki," men of force structures, statist and patriot. This duality explains and clarifies many "inconsistencies" in Russian politics for 11 years …
And it comes to the relevance of the parallel with the Libyan Jamahiriya. It also, since 2003, had a liberal wing, opposed to the Socialist patriots. That gathered behind Saif Al Islam, which has led liberals and Islamists (as the president of the pseudo NTC Abdel Jalil) to power. You have to read the revealing pages of Bernard-Henry Levy on Saif in his latest book of personal self-propaganda "La Guerre sans l’aimer” (War without love it), where he asks the shocking question "how one who was one of us (the expression is from him) could join his father?"…
There the regime was also attacked and destabilized from within. Before the bombs, armies and mercenaries from NATO and the United States come to finish the job.
I lived from inside the capture of Libya, along with our socialist comrades of the RCM. I saw how the illusions of Tripoli on peaceful coexistence and the global economy have enabled the Libyan Liberals to form themselves into a Trojan Horse and to prepare the storm outside.
The same process is underway in Russia.
LISTENING TO THE AMERICAN ENEMY
You must read and understand the language of the enemy.
In recent days, the Western media rustle of a new word to describe the Putin regime: that of "transition regime".
The Western war is also a semantic war. The new term "transition regime" corresponds to a concept both economic and political, that of "transition process." Which is the central concept of the transition of socialist economies to globalized capitalist market economy. This process also extends far beyond the economy to cover all of the transition from the former society to the economy and the liberal state. An overall process, therefore, both economic, political, social and cultural. The "bringing to heel" (to use the vocabulary of the Third Reich) of a nation in tune with the Americanized liberal world!
Everywhere this process has been completed. Except in Belarus, where President Lukashenko has since 1996 stopped and reversed it, maintaining the socialist state called "post-Soviet." This explains the hatred of the West for the statesman of Minsk.
It is now for the United States and NATO to complete the process initiated by the Yeltsin regime in 1991. And what exactly Putin has in part, in the political and state (but not economic) level offset from 2000.
FROM THE "ARAB SPRING" TO THE "RUSSIAN SPRING": THE WEST WANTS TO CORRECT THE HISTORY!
The desire to correct the history is one of the obsessions of the West. Specifically in the case of the pseudo "Arab spring", it is to clear the Arab victory in the 1956 neocolonial Suez expedition. This "Arab spring" was six decades ago that of the defeat of the West, it was the spring of Arab revolutionary nationalism of Nasser and the Ba’ath (the expression, it was taken over by the historian Benoist-Méchin as the title of one of his most famous books, where he lets speak Nasser and Aflak, the Syrian Ba’ath theorist …). And the reversal of the term illustrates today the Western victory on the heirs of this same Arab revolutionary nationalism, Gaddafi or Assad.
From the "Arab spring" to a "Russian Spring" – the analogy is from the US Senator McCain – you can not blame Washington to conceal its imperialist agenda.
THE IMPERIALIST AGENDA OF WASHINGTON
This program specifically has a clear presentation, is said. It is the projection in terms of geopolitics, geostrategy and geo-economics of a messianic vision, that of the "Manifest Destiny". Which gives the United States the domination of the world and peoples.
This imperialist program, which Washington has never deviated from for two centuries, falls in the modern era in two program books. As the "MEIN KAMPF" of Hitler was a program book.
The first published in 1943 by James Burnham (Trotskyist become conservative, the great ideological ancestor of neocons) is entitled "THE STRUGGLE FOR THE WORLD", translated even more explicitly "For world domination" for its French version of 1948 . The second is "THE GRAND CHESSBOARD" (American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives) by Zbigniew Brzezinski, adviser to Kissinger and now Obama.
All the rest, peaceful coexistence, G8 and G20, and other imperialist sweets are there to lull the opponent. For more stifling him as the anaconda choke its prey. Bab El-Aziziah believed in it, they believe in it still too often in the Kremlin …
THE REAL POLITICAL CLEAVAGE: PATRIOT STATISTS VS LIBERALS
The real political cleavage today has nothing to do anylonger with right and left. Obsolete concepts by the time the IMF and rating agencies dictate their law to governments. Depriving them of any ability to ideological choice.
This cleavage was revealed in full light in Libya yesterday. And Russia today. It opposes the Patriots supporters of the State to the Liberals sold to the West.
In Russia specifically, the people have chosen and elected to the Duma only statist party representatives.
The Western "analyses" ignore the major fact of the Russian elections of December 4, 2011: the lost votes and seats by the ruling party UNITED RUSSIA have been mainly transferred to the national-communists of the KPRF, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation of Zyuganov and to the left-wing patriots of A JUST RUSSIA. That is to say to the formations of the patriotic camp that will influence UNITED RUSSIA to a more radical opposition to the West. The fourth party in the Duma is the LPD, supporters of Zhirinovsky, they too patriotic and anti-Western.
The real opposition to Putin is precisely the KPRF, which was already the alternative in Yeltsin’s Russia. Not a liberal choice, but the Russian version of the Lukashenko System in Belarus! And the KPRF clearly designates the United States behind the anti-Putin demonstrations.
The Liberals favorites of NATO present with YABLOKO in the elections, were around 3% and have no seat. The Russians reject permanently and in their vast majority liberalism that led Yeltsin’s Russia, that of the years 1991-1999, to bankruptcy.
WHAT DEEP RUSSIA THINK?
"More than half of Russians believe Stalin played a “positive" role for the country" …
AFP told us, 48 hours ago, this same agency of Sarkozyist misinformation that trumpets every day the "liberal choice" of the Russians!
The new Duma (lower house of Russian parliament) met indeed on Wednesday for the first time since the parliamentary elections of December 4.
When the Duma met, the Communists of the KPRF – the true Russian Opposition – laid flowers on the grave of Stalin in Red Square to commemorate the 132nd anniversary of his birth, brandishing portraits of the Soviet leader.
More than half of Russians (51%) believe that Stalin, "regarded in Russia as both a tyrant and as the hero of the victory over the Nazis," played a "positive" role for the country, according to the latest survey by the independent institute Levada.
REMAINS for the West to attempt a color revolution. The circle is complete! The Sarkozyist TV France 24 evoked from December 5, "a Russian spring." Like the so-called "Arab spring" … Taking the threats uttered from Tripoli in early October by John McCain (him again!).
Easy to predict. I explained it in Moscow from October 13 … After the total failure of the Liberals in the parliamentary elections of December 4, 2011, the West opted for a "color revolution"!
It is underway in Russia …
