INTRODUCTION

My analysis is simple and has remained constant since 2003 (1):
* Iran is not the ultimate target of the so-called "Arab Spring" and threats of wars, mediated by Washington, but also Tehran serve the specific propaganda of the U.S. and Iranian regimes (2).
* The target of the American-Zionist axis is the same as that of the Bush Regime in 2003 and the "Arab Spring" is nothing more than updating since 2009 by the Obama regime the project said the "Greater Middle East. " This target is the Revolutionary Arab Nationalism and the vestiges of Arab socialist states.
* The next step of the Western attack will be Algeria. Only the resistance of Gaddafi’s Libya – which took eight months when it was given two weeks – and the resistance of Ba'athist Syria delayed an aggression already outlined in January 2011 and September 2011

THE INTERESTS OF THE WEST IN THE SO-CALLED "ARAB SPRING"

"Training of the Syrian opposition, support for the Libyan transition, provision of “electoral expertise" in Tunisia, Westerners are very present in the Arab Spring. But why? "asks LE QUOTIDIEN D’ORAN,  about" Western interests in the Arab Spring. "
"Is the West going to pull the strings of the Syrian tragedy and, more generally, those of Arab revolts and revolutions? We know, this question divides because of its response depends the position adopted vis-à-vis a process that began in December 2010 – with the first riots in Tunisia – and no one is able to date to predict the outcome (…) In any event, an idea is back in force including in Algeria: what is called "Arab Spring" would be a Euro-American conspiracy. In other words, the fall of the Ben Ali regime, the forced resignation of Mubarak, the Islamist election victories in Egypt and Tunisia, the death of Gaddafi and the current dislocation of Syria, all this is seen as having been programmed by some Western or Israeli occult offices. We know, it is the NATO intervention in Libya, which, the first, changed the general perception and gave credit to the hypothesis of a grand plan implemented to redraw the contours of the Maghreb and Mashreq (up to, perhaps, the Gulf). Today, the Syrian drama and the support given by the United States and Europe for the rebellion – notably through their auxiliary and supplementary oil monarchies – reinforce this idea. But does this mean to cry conspiracy? '

"To sum things up, this is not the CIA that led Bouazizi to sprinkle himself with petrol even if this agency, as its European partners, knew that sooner or later this type of event would lead to a general revolt (and plans to act accordingly certainly existed). In this case, two naive thoughts oppose. The first is to believe that the West has no ulterior motive vis-à-vis the Arab world. The second pushes on for its part to be indignant because, precisely, it seeks to take advantage of the situation. The truth is that a state worthy of the name will always do anything to defend its interests, whether economic, military or political. In the long term, it will deploy many strategies based on in particular Foresight – particularly through the study of all possible scenarios – and anticipation. In the short term, it will always seek to take advantage of circumstances to, precisely, be closer to its long-term objectives. However, no State is infallible. To read the literature and biographies of world leaders, it is clear that this does not always happen in an ideal way.
The idea that mechanical high precision is at work is widespread among the Arabs. '

NETWORKS MADE IN USA ALSO IN ALGERIA

In Algeria, the destabilization networks – not to be confused with jihadist networks responsible for transforming the insurrection in civil war – are in place since late 2010. They already got their hand in January 2011. "Algeria has had its own protests earlier this year, which it contained with the help of a violent police, grants and division within the opposition," says the BBC. The Libyan crisis and the new assault against Syria have simply shifted their operation for a pro-Western coup.

Behind these networks we find the Arab activists trained in Belgrade and the USA by the Network OTPOR and CANVAS its subversion school, funded by the CIA. OTPOR directly funded and supported by the CIA and Soros networks, is directly behind the initial phase, insurgency, so-called "Arab revolutions".
Srdja Popovic, who now heads the Center for Applied Nonviolent Action and Strategies, based in Belgrade (Serbia), or CANVAS, confirmed it last March in an interview with The Associated Press. Veterans of Otpor movement continued to create an organization that trains in Serbia and the U.S. pro-Western mercenaries skilled in the art of subversion under the guise of "peaceful revolution" (sic). They formed one of the main groups of young people at the center of the revolution in Egypt and said they had "influenced the Libyan rebellion." "It is likely that some groups of young Libyans had an idea on how to overthrow the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi from Egyptian activists we have trained," said the former head of Otpor Popovic. OTPOR also organized groups in Tunisia, Yemen, Bahrain, Morocco. And in Algeria. (3)

After my analysis – "The Arab world is on fire" (on PCN-TV) – exposing the true nature of the so-called "Arab Spring" by early February 2011 (4), the book ARABESQUE AMERICAINE of Ahmed Bensaada also exposes "The role of the United States in the revolts of the Arab street "(5).

THE RESUMPTION OF THE TERRORIST THREAT ON ALGERIA

The NATO alliance with the Syrian and Libyan Islamists as well as the support of the U.S. and the EU to the Salafis in Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco, have revived Islamist terrorist activity in Algeria.

Several incidents have gone unnoticed in the Western media. Early June, Six Islamists were killed by security forces in Kabylia, including three in the main city of this Eastern region of Algeria, Tizi Ouzou, the Algerian press reported, citing security officials and witnesses.
In the new town of Tizi Ouzou, 110 km east of Algiers, two armed men were killed, one of them on the spot, and a third shot as he was leaving a pharmacy provided with drugs, according to the daily El Watan.
Several weapons were recovered by the security forces at the end of the operation, the newspaper said. One witness testified that "a terrorist was out of the car with a prescription, returned to the pharmacy to buy medicine. When he came out, he was riddled with bullets. " "Then we heard the exchange of fire." Another of his friends was killed, another seriously injured, according to this witness. He died later, according to security sources.

In addition, 60 km east of Tizi Ouzou, three other armed Islamists were killed in the afternoon during a sweep launched Tuesday by security forces in particular using a helicopter in the maquis of Yakouren, said Le Temps.
El-Watan said a large group of former Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC became Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb – AQIM) had been reported in the region. Kabylia is the target of violence by Islamist AQIM and villainous kidnappings to finance them.

The head of the Algerian police, General Abdelghani Hamel, told the newspaper El-Khabar in early June that "the terrorist threat" was still present in all regions of the country, "requiring police to step up preventive measures."
After the end of the dark decade of civil war between security forces and Islamists in the mid-2000s, President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has established a national reconciliation, granting amnesty in return for surrender. "The violence then calmed down considerably but the situation in eastern and southern Algeria since the conflict in Libya remains a concern," concludes General Abdelghani Hamel.

RESUMPTION OF TERRORISM IS A RESULT OF THE ELECTION DEFEAT OF THE ISLAMISTS

"It should be the election of renewal, revitalization of the Algerian political life." After the riots of January 2011 (five dead and more than 800 wounded), Abdelaziz Bouteflika had authorized the creation of 23 new parties, supposed to renew the political offer.
And finally forty-four parties participated in the May 2012 legislative elections to elect 462 deputies.

The National Liberation Front (FLN), winner of the May 10 parliamentary election in Algeria was ironical on May 17 about Islamists who predicted their triumph as in neighboring countries. The secretary general of the FLN, Abdelaziz Belkhadem attacked the seven Islamist parties for "have challenging the election victory of the FLN," in a speech to his 221 members elected to the new National Assembly that will count 462 ones.
"It would have been better for the leaders of these parties and those who supported them financially and mediatically to think carefully before predicting their landslide victory and empowerment and already form a government," said Belkhadem during a meeting in a hotel in the suburb of Zeralda, 30 km west of Algiers. "It was a serious political mistake of basing their hopes on what happened in neighboring countries," said the secretary general of the FLN, the head of the party since 2005, and for whom the "Arab Spring has only Spring as name. "

The Islamists, especially those of the ALLIANCE OF "GREEN ALGERIA" had predicted their victory in the May 2012 election and announced that they "prepared their government" even before the election results. Subsequently they challenged the results and radical Islamist Abdallah Djaballah, founding president of another party, the PARTY OF JUSTICE AND DEMOCRACY (sic), did not hesitate to accuse the government of having " rigged" the elections for the parties" of the administration. " He was referring to the FLN and its DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL GATHERING ally of Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia, which came second on the list of winners with only 70 seats. Note that the Report of the European Commission on the conduct of the recent elections of May 10, just released, finds no fraud.

Together the Islamists won only 58 seats, according to final results announced by the Constitutional Council, results they announced they want to dispute before the law. Belkhadem denied any rigging and requested losers to "admit defeat and take responsibility" by resigning.

The FLN proposed "the creation of political alliances" within the Parliament, "on the basis of the convergence and social projects that defend the party," said its secretary general, Abdelaziz Belkhadem. With this victory, the FLN denied "those who had bet on its death," said the leader.

Obviously the speech of the FLN convinced the Algerians, suggesting that "the country was threatened by an invasion of NATO." "What has not failed to make an impression, says an Algerian journalist, especially as many people are still reeling from a decade of war between the army and the Islamists." Voters saw in the FLN "the only guarantor of stability in the country."

THE EMERGENCE OF WOMEN IN PARLIAMENT

Symbol of rejection of the Islamists, the emergence of women in Parliament. "The elections of 10 May produced another Algerian specificity, more positive: the massive influx of women in Parliament, following the introduction of quotas in electoral lists, says Le Monde (Paris, 10 May 2012) . They will be 145, or nearly one third of the members in the new Algerian Assembly. More than one European country, starting with France and Belgium, would dream of such a figure. "And without the patch of parity laws on the composition of lists …
The camp of laymen has a solid bastion with the PARTY OF THE PEOPLE of Louise Hanoune. Which was a solid fraction in the far left of the new parliament.

ALGERIA IN COUNTERCURRENT OF THE SO-CALLED "ARAB SPRING"

"It's as if nothing had happened. First electoral test in Algeria since the wave of the Arab Spring, the May 10 elections have produced results almost identical to the 2007 elections, according to results released, "commented Le Monde (Paris, 10 May 2012). "The National Liberation Front (FLN), which dominated the political scene since independence, and which is also the party of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, retains control of the National Assembly. Algeria would be, if you believe the official figures, tightly impervious to the change blowing across the Arab-Muslim world. '

As explained in Le Monde, "While the elections last year in Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt have produced assemblies dominated by Islamists, in Algeria, on the contrary, Islamist parties have been decreased. The FLN and its ally, the National Democratic Rally (RND), Prime Minister's party, won together an absolute majority with 288 seats out of 462, including 220 for the FLN. The Green Alliance, electoral alliance of three Islamist parties only in third position, with only 48 deputies. "

Le Monde analyses correctly the attitude of Algerians burned by the Libyan chaos, among others. "Consistently, the Algerian government advances, for its part, a simple explanation for the stability of the electorate: the deep trauma of the civil war of the 1990s, after the victory of the Islamic salvation Front (FIS) in the election of 1991 interrupted by the military, and more recently, the confusion in Egypt, Libya and the Sahel have made Algerians careful.  The rent of oil, through which the regime was able to distribute to the public a series of welcomed (pay) raise when the Arab Spring has threatened to spread to Algeria in 2011, is another stabilizing factor. '

THE TRUE NATURE OF THE SO-CALLED "ARAB SPRING"

But Le Monde, like other Western media does not say everything. It is that the so-called Arab Spring is not "a" spontaneous revolution ", but an operation organized politically and militarily by the U.S. and NATO a long time ago. A remodeling project in the region, that of the "Greater Middle East", theorized by neocons ideologues around Bush at the beginning of the decade and reactivated from 2009 by Obama and his Special Advisor Brezinski, strategist of the "Grand Chessboard "and the domination of the great Eurasia.

Attempted assault on Algeria, Libyan type, has even been attempted in September 2011 and was aborted. Support of Bernard Henry-Levy, BHL always him, for the Algerian Islamists has not contributed little to discredit them with a patriot public opinion.

The colonial infantry of the USA – New Harkis of NATO – it is here and yet, here as elsewhere, the Islamists.
An Islamist leader, Abdallah Djaballah, of the Front for Justice and Development (FJD) went so far as to threaten the Algerian government with a revolution "in Tunisian style." Authorities "closed the door of change through the ballot box, for those who believe in the change, the choice of Tunisia is the only one left", he told a reporter from AFP, shouting "the fraud" – the process is normal – and denouncing a vote he does not hesitate to describe as "masquerade".

ALGERIA MORE THAN EVER THREATENED:
THE U.S. BEHIND THE ALGERIAN MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD!

Washington has not abandoned of course to impose its so-called "Arab Spring" in Algeria. And like everywhere else, the spearhead of its imperialist policy are its old friends – since 1947 … before the "Brothers" were helped by the Nazis of the Third Reich – the Muslim Brotherhood!

Bouguerra Soltani, president of the Movement of Society for Peace (MSP), Algerian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, "warned" on 9 August, the Algerian government "against an impending revolution if it does not change to allow an alternation in power. " A thinly veiled blackmail.
Soltani, who was visiting in the wilaya of Annaba, stated that "the change must be made quickly to save the people from a great danger to its existence and beliefs" (sic). The boss of the MSP said it is still not too late to give the power to the representatives of the people. "The government does not seem to have learned from what happened to our neighbors," he said. He has also reiterated that "Algeria has postponed its Arab Spring and has not canceled it." Adding that "the Algerian people are a patient people, but if their aspirations are not taken into account, then they will rise and settle the accounts of those who have betrayed them" (resic). Soltani, in this context, stressed that his remarks were "a diagnosis, not a justification."
It should be recalled that the Movement of Society for Peace asked last July the dissolution of the new Parliament (APN) "to break the deadlock before which the country finds itself" (sic).

The Brothers and behind them their Western masters, are tempted by a headlong rush. They are indeed in crisis after their election defeat. As commented DZ Reflection: "A thinly veiled request to avoid the Islamist party implosion. '

THE SHADOW OF THE F.I.S.

But there is not only the Brothers. The dark and evil shadow of the FIS, also in its time protected from the USA (and Tehran), still hangs over Algeria.
"FIS. Tomorrow, the revenge? "asked the Moroccan magazine TEL QUEL. The Islamic salvation Front (FIS), the main Islamist group disbanded in 1992, has welcomed the "unforgettable lesson of citizenship and political maturity that the Algerian people gave authorities by boycotting peacefully and massively the elections " in a statement jointly signed by both historical leaders and founders of the party, Abbassi Madani and Ali Belhadj.

"Winner of the first round of elections in 1991 (188 seats out of 231), the FIS had been" upstaged "following the coup of the army which had interrupted the electoral process." Result: ten years of civil war between the army and Islamist armed groups supported by Washington – which was eyeing the Algerian oil and gas – and Tehran – which sought to export its militant Islamism – which made more than 100 000 dead.

But through this statement, posted on the Internet shortly after the official announcement of results and widely echoed by the Moroccan media (the historic enemy of Algiers), is emerging as "a dream of revenge of the FIS": the two leaders called the "free citizens (sic) to continue in a peaceful and civilized manner (resic), the fight to save Algeria from adventurers and other speculators who were held up in power." TEL QUEL concluded that "despite the trauma of the" dark decade ", the Algerians are not indifferent to the seduction operation of the FIS."

 "SOON A "FREE ALGERIAN ARMY"?”

But the Islamist threat is not only internal.
August 19, ALGER REPUBLICAIN headlined "Algeria / CIA: soon a “Free Algerian army"?".
"In an inflamed regional context, Algerians are sophisticated enough to take seriously these threats by" enlightened "that the CIA manipulated like puppets."

The Libyan and Syrian networks obviously play an important role in the threat to Algiers. And the borders of Tunisia, Morocco and Libya, where Washington has installed puppet regimes, further increase the threat. "As the raids continue against armed groups in Damascus, Aleppo and other Syrian cities, the terrorist networks, in particular those affiliated with Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, continue to stoke the fire by supporting increasingly evident that called FSA (Free Syrian Army) by sending new recruits. These are sent directly, as we have reported in one of our previous editions, to southern Tunisia in Jendouba more precisely where they receive training on weapons handling (…) The recruits are then sent to Syria via Lebanon or Turkey. Among them, many Libyans, but also Tunisians, Mauritanians, Algerians and Moroccans. '

ALGER REPUBLICAIN evokes even more disturbing projects. "The nebula even thinks to install a forward base on the triangle of the Algerian-Tunisian-Libyan border to broaden its scope."

It should be noted that Morocco, which the U.S. imposed the participation of Islamists to the autocratic monarchy, yet wary of jihadists (and probably their return later to the country as an organized politico-military force): "Moreover, the Moroccan authorities have just taken strict measures in order, one announces, to preserve the security of the territory starting by prohibiting any person going to fight the Syrian government, to return to the kingdom”. "In taking such measures, Rabat, yet openly supporting the Syrian armed opposition, has implicitly recognize that what is happening in Syria is by no means a struggle for democracy and freedom, but a war conducted with multiple motivations by terrorists and mercenaries activating on behalf of certain kings and emirs of the Gulf”, says rightly ALGER REPUBLICAIN.

U.S. AND NATO ORGANIZE A JIHADIST NEW WAVE

Joining our analysis since the early days of the pseudo "Arab Spring", the Algerian newspaper denounced the organization by the U.S. and NATO of a jihadist new wave: "The commitment of many North Africans alongside Syrian armed groups is not without reminding us, all things considered, these endless waves of Arab volunteers sent to Afghanistan to fight then the Soviet army with U.S. military support and logistical support of Saudi Arabia. Today we are witnessing the same phenomenon to within about details. "

One of the characteristics of Algeria are patriotic media, well aware of the true nature of the "Arab Spring" and its geopolitical issues in Eurasia. ALGER REPUBLICAIN thus has a clear view of the events: "Some analysts well versed in operational realities do not hesitate to say that this is a war against Russia, as waged against one of its important allies in the region? According to information from the foreign press, confirmed by a very knowledgeable source, more than 1,000 of the 5,000 foreign terrorists who were arrested or permanently neutralized in Syria since the beginning of Ramadan, including Libyans. These are shown in a video circulating on social networks promising to bring down the regime in Syria and then deal with Algeria. '
"In an inflamed regional context, Algerians are sophisticated enough to take seriously these threats by" enlightened "that the CIA manipulated like puppets, writes the newspaper in Algiers. From the beginning of the rebellion against Colonel Gadhafi, they had fully grasped the scope of an insurgency controlled by former Libyan Afghans. '

PREVENTING A NEW WESTERN COUP IN ALGIERS

The Algerian government is fully aware of the threats to the country. And tries to anticipate and prevent a Western coup. The failure of the September 2011 one having served as a practical lesson on the methods of the West and its mercenaries. It is for the Algerian patriots, who are also statists, to realize the results of elections won on the Islamists in May

Algerian Prime Minister and head of the National Democratic Rally (RND, in power), Ouyahia had already qualified last May the Arab Spring of "flood" that has "colonized" Iraq "destroyed" Libya, "divided "Sudan and now" weakens "Egypt.
A. Ouyahia also stressed during an election rally in Algiers that "the sole purpose" of the Algerian legislative of May 10 was "to preserve the stability of Algeria." In front of thousands of people, he harshly criticized those who call for "an Arab Spring in Algeria", as was the case in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya. "This is not an Arab Spring but a flood on the Arabs and this is confirmed every day," the head of the RND had also launched, who evoked "the colonization of Iraq, the destruction of Libya, the division of Sudan and the weakening of Egypt. "

He also criticized his Arab neighbors. "We say to the Arab brothers, when we did kill, you're not even come to offer your condolences, so do not give us lessons today." A. Ouyahia was referring to the decade of violence that rocked the country and claimed nearly 200,000 lives, according to official sources, after the cancellation of the electoral process in early 1992. USA already pushing forward the Islamists, those of the FIS. The aim was also then, it is still, to take the Algerian oil and gas resources.

Specifically, the outgoing prime minister called to vote massively to counter calls for boycotts and "preserve the Republic." The leader of the RND then pointed the finger on Abassi Madani, President of the Islamic Front of salvation (FIS, dissolved) who lives in Doha, Qatar – the epicenter of Western conspiracies against the Arab world – "he lives nicely in Qatar and ask others to boycott the elections. " "On 10 May, either you will response the foreigner (western countries by participating in the vote, ie) or the foreigner will brandish the card of democracy to destroy the Republic," he added.

A. Ouyahia is known to systematically declare his intention to "eradicate terrorism" since he appeared on the political scene in the 90s. "He does not miss an opportunity to accuse the Islamists of the violence that rocked the country during the black decade," says the Algerian press.
The Government of A. Ouyahia prepared various legal reforms promised by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika before the elections "to avert an Arab Spring."

Finally, specific security measures were taken against the jihadist networks. "Sources very familiar with the situation" have told ALGER REPUBLICAIN (19 August 2012) "it would be anomalous that Algeria does not take drastic measures to keep away from its borders hundreds of these hallucinated that manipulation has thrown into the hell of war. The security forces have also been quick to take possession of the first clues leading to recruitment networks and on the basis of which they have launched investigations in several cities. For now, it is still too early to give any results, but one thing is certain, the battle against the old dormant networks of terrorism is launched for weeks.”
