ALGERIA AND THE SO-CALLED "ARAB SPRING"
The so-called Arab Spring is in fact not "a" spontaneous revolution ", but a politically and militarily organized operation by the U.S. and NATO for a long time. A remodeling project in the region, that of the "Greater Middle East", theorized by neocon ideologues around Bush at the beginning of the decade and reactivated from 2009 by Obama and his Special Advisor Brezinski, strategist of the "Grand Chessboard "and the domination of the great Eurasia.

PNA IN ACTION AGAINST TERRORISTS
Seven armed Islamists were killed by Algerian soldiers of the People's National Army (PNA) Tuesday morning in the Boumerdes region, about fifty miles east of Algiers, said the Algerian Ministry of Defence.
The seven Islamists members of a "dangerous" armed group have been put out of harm's way at a place called "Bourzazane" in the town of Kadara Bouzegza, north-west of Boumerdes, following a "major operation" programmed in this region, the ministry said in a statement, quoted by the news agency APS. Previously, an Algerian security source stated that six Islamists were killed by the army in the area. Several arms and ammunition were recovered at the end of this operation, according to the same source.
"A large operation in the region since last Monday by the National People's Army has, to date, eliminated 9 terrorists in total."
In addition, two terrorists had been killed by security forces last Friday and Sunday in communities of Zaatra in the town of Zemmouri and Dar Bouni, in the town of Baghlia, was recalled from the same source .
The Department of Defense has reaffirmed the determination of the Algerian army to continue the fight against the "residual terrorist groups" to put a definitive end to their "criminal acts."
A CLIMATE CHARGED WITH ISLAMIST THREATS
Algeria has celebrated the New Year in a climate charged with threats. Terrorism is first and foremost a psychological war.

THE MEMORY OF THE BLACK YEARS OF ISLAMIST TERRORISM
The violence that overshadowed Algeria during the civil war of 1990 – organized by the Islamist FIS, " Islamist Salvation Front" with, already, discrete support of the USA eager to seize Algerian oil and gas – has fallen considerably in recent years. But members of Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) remain active in the Boumerdes region and the neighboring department of Tizi Ouzou (110 km east of Algiers) where they usually turn on the security forces.
They have support in the new Libya of NATO allies jihadists (4). And destabilization of Mali, Mauritania and Guinea Bissau has breached the African side of Algeria (5). Not to mention the stabilizing role of diplomacy in Gaddafi Jamahiriya, which has been replaced by a strategy of chaos, thought and organized from Washington.
